I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything in Gatlinburg but not right in the chaos, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a fantastic Jacuzzi. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping and laundry services. However, the dining options were limited, only offering pho, which may not suit all tastes.
